How can you add a CSV file to a report?

There are two ways to add a CSV file to a report - as a data source and as a CSV widget

1. Adding a CSV file as a data source

The CSV file must be in the format that can be brought in by our UI. The first three columns in the CSV file need to be:

Date in “YYYY-MM-DD” format
Provider (eg. “Amazon” )
Campaign Name

The metrics/column names in the rest of the file need to match how they are named in the report itself. You can find this in ‘Define Metrics’ button in the top right of the report. The data in these columns need to be numeric (numbers only) and not strings (letters or a combination of letters and numbers).

The correctly formatted spreadsheet can then be uploaded to by going to ‘Edit Data Sources’ in the top right corner
